Delivery times for EU made products such as:
Tobacco and certain cigar brands are 3-6 weeks.

Order Cancellations/Refunds

Shipped already orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
In case of damaged or wrong items received customer has 7 Days from the date of delivery to notify us about it, and we will proceed with a free-of-charge reshipment, or we will issue a full refund.
